The Emergency Cyber Response (ECR) 35-Day Health Check is a time-limited cybersecurity assessment designed to provide visibility into network activity, risk exposure, and potential security gaps.
These services include:
Deployment of monitoring capabilities
Analysis of observed network behavior
Risk identification and anomaly reporting
Summary findings and recommendationsThe Health Check is advisory in nature and does not constitute continuous managed security services.
The Health Check period begins on the agreed deployment date and continues for thirty-five (35) consecutive calendar days.
At the conclusion of the 35-day period:
A summary report and briefing will be provided
Monitoring access will cease unless otherwise agreed
No ongoing services are implied without a separate agreementThe Customer agrees to:
Provide reasonable access necessary to perform the assessment
Ensure proper authorization for network visibility and monitoring
Maintain lawful control over the systems being assessed
Not use the service for unlawful, unauthorized, or deceptive purposesECR is not responsible for delays caused by lack of access or incomplete information.
Payment is due at the time of purchase through Stripe.
All fees are:
Non-refundable once service deployment has begun
Exclusive of applicable taxes
Final for the 35-day engagement periodECR is not responsible for delays caused by lack of access or incomplete information.
ECR treats all customer data and findings as confidential.
All information observed during the Health Check is:
Used solely for assessment purposes
Not sold or shared with third parties
Protected using reasonable administrative and technical safeguardsThe Health Check is a limited-duration assessment.
ECR does not guarantee:
The detection of all vulnerabilities or threats
Prevention of future cyber incidents
Continuous monitoring beyond the 35-day engagementCybersecurity risk cannot be fully eliminated, and results reflect conditions observed during the service window.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
ECR’s total liability arising from the Health Check shall not exceed the amount paid for the service.
ECR shall not be liable for:
Indirect or consequential damages
Business interruption
Data loss occurring outside the scope of the engagementAll methodologies, tools, reports, and materials developed by ECR remain the intellectual property of Emergency Cyber Response unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The Customer retains ownership of its own systems and data.
ECR reserves the right to suspend or terminate the engagement if:
The service is used unlawfully
Access is misrepresented
Payment is disputed or reversedThese Terms shall be governed by the laws of [Insert State], without regard to conflict of law principles.
